Hooray for Oktoberfest! Can you believe we’ve been at this for FIVE WHOLE YEARS? We’ve got lots of fun planned for the fifth annual Oktoberfest at Alloy:

Food Truck Trickster Tacos will be on hand from 12-7/sellout.

We’ll have two chances for you to participate in a Stein Holding Contest at 1 pm and 5pm (Prize: $20 Alloy Gift Card)
Yes, this is exactly what it sounds like. Those 1 liter beer mugs are heavy, especially when full. We challenge you to see how long you can hold one out at arms length!

Oktoberfest ‘Tracht’ attire, including dirndl and lederhosen are welcome and strongly encouraged if you don’t want to feel left out!

Last but not least, we’ll enjoy live polka music from Polka band Craig Ebel & DyVersaCo, who play a wide variety of music from polkas, waltzes, and schottisches to country and Cajun - fun to watch and unique song selections with a solid beat. (http://www.itspolkatime.com/dymeat.html)
