Neodymium Imperial Milk Chocolate Stout – Bourbon Barrel Aged/Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged – 9.5% ABV

This Imperial Milk Chocolate Stout (from our Rare Element Series) has a slightly roasted flavor, a hint of chocolate and a full-bodied mouthfeel.

.

Named after Neodymium, a rare earth metal that is frequently made into strong magnets, this stout will attract you back, again and again.

.

We aged two variants for 10 months, one in Willet Bourbon barrels and one in Willet Rye Whiskey barrels.

.

Important Bottle Sale Information:

- We will open at 11am today (11/7) for sales out of the taproom. (This will not be available for purchase online, apologies for any inconvenience.)

- Two variations will be available: Neodymium Bourbon Barrel Aged and Neodymium Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged.

- Purchase is limited to one (1) per customer of each variation.

- We will also have a limited amount of each variation on tap as soon as we open (5oz pours only).

- Please note that taproom and patio tables will be first come, first serve from 11am until 1pm.

- If you’d like to stay after 1pm, reservations for taproom seating are REQUIRED and can be made here: tableagent.com (search Alloy)

- Please follow social distancing guidelines and MN mask requirements when coming to the taproom to pick up your bottle.
